Go to the doctor and tell them you have asthma and get some clenbuterol! I had a friend take that and he got freaking ripped. Only downside is that your heart can explode.

I'm kind of doing them same thing as you. I've been cutting at like a 400 calorie deficit, so I'm losing fat super slow, but I've retained all my muscle. Arm size hasn't gone down at all and the only strength I've lost is a few pounds off my bench. Squats have gone up. I think I'm gonna have to jump to a 500 calorie deficit b/c I've been stuck at 200-204 for like a month....the alcohol and crappy food on the weekends has nothing to do with it :anonymous:

Clenbuterol done properly is way less worse on your heart than ephedrine.
Also, For asthma, the amount of clenbuterol or albuterol in an asthma pump has no where near a dose concentration to do anything for you. Medical RX for Clen or albuterol doesnt do shit. The closest you can get is vet grade ventipulem thats a serum or UG market

Clen was a massive portion of my study back in undergrad :)

LOL yeah. I don't like stimulants at all in general. The one i do like if i need is a 200-400mg caffeine with 30mg synepherine. IT doesnt increase my HR To much nor my Blood pressure that much. Like there is some beta 1,2 receptor binding but its very poor so it doesnt impact one much at all. Its affinity is for beta 3 receptors

"If p-synephrine binds to and activates β-3 adrenoreceptors, an increase in thermogenesis and lipolysis should be expected. Various animal studies have shown that the oral administration of p-synephrine or p-synephrine in the form of bitter orange extract results in weight loss or decreased weight gain [46, 75, 76]. The thermic effect of orally administered p-synephrine (26 mg) was demonstrated in a five-hour human clinical study involving 30 subjects [66]. Stohs et al. [69] have recently shown that the oral administration of 50 mg p-synephrine (30% p-synephrine as Advantra Z) increased resting metabolic rate with no effect on heart rate or blood pressure in humans in a double-blinded, randomized placebo-controlled study."

    1. Research commonly cited that demonstrates muscle-related benefits of BCAA supplementation was done with subjects that didn’t eat enough protein

    2. You can simply get your BCAAs from food instead, and this is cheaper and far more satisfying

On fasted training: When you exercise in a fasted state, muscle breakdown is increased. A BCAA supplement is useful for preserving muscle while training in a fasted state.

    Also, read this: http://www.muscleforlife.com/bcaa-supplement/

IMO, the only supplements worth spending your hard-earned dollars on are protein, creatine, and a pre-workout. Sure, stuff like fish oils and BCAAs have benefits for those who need them: people with joint issues and people who train fasted, respectively, but for the most part, 99% of the shit on bb.com is a waste of money.

Also, when choosing whether to supplement or eat, I always go with food. I'd much rather eat a piece of grilled salmon over a fish oil pill or eat a big salad or have a big smoothie over multi-vitamins any day. Multi-vitamins are a joke unless you want to piss different colors. No one needs 6000% of the RDA of any vitamin/mineral. Just eat a damn carrot.

really ? what is the dosing on it ? You need a min of 40micrograms to start with and some people need over 120 to get desired effects. Also make sure you have some ketofin fumarate on hand starting it after 2 weeks :)

Got a really good pump on my bi's today and now I'm getting my COD gainz while the wife and kid are napping!! I don't know how some guys can do it... I really wish they could smell themselves before leaving the house.. Or take a hint that they fucking smell of some major body odour.. And for fuck sakes don't stand two inches from the weight rack while you do your set!! Haha that's my gym rant today.

Finished up back/bis and realized I didn't wear the right shirt to show off my lats for a post gym pic. Had to wait until I got home and probably lost some pump. I have no idea how to flex my lats and hold and camera. Went with the side lat #newphonegainz #catsoutlatsout

    image.jpg

And bc I didn't want to leave the gym without getting a pump pic

Ooh I love me some GAT. But that's a new one I've yet to try. Right now I'm stacking body octane and pep test bulk which I've got probably one scoop of each left.
