    I've had my taco for ~13 months and I've only put 3200 miles on it. Just did the first oil change a couple weeks ago

    I heard a story the other day on the fighter and the kid podcast with Bryan Callen and Brendan Schaub about a comedian that use to lift. In high school he started lifting and before long got in steroids. One day he was walking through the hall way with his arms out (invisible lat syndrome) and a coach stopped him and asked him why he was walking like that. He said something about gains and being swoll. The coach looked at it closer and rushed him to the hospital. Dude had stage 4 nonhodgekins lymphoma. They said they'd never seen a worse case and if he waited three more weeks he'd be dead. He ended up being the cancer and has had a crazy life. It was so funny the way he tells it. Typical meat head response haha

    So today is 10 days into my "diet" really just being more conscious of what I eat and trying to avoid carbs. Started at 186.7 16% weighed in today at 181.4. 14.9% I don't know how accurate my scale is for bf but it has to be somewhat relative. When I started I was consuming 4200 call with about 450g of carbs a day, I've cut down to about 2500-3000 cals and about 200g of carbs.

    But, I've kinda plateaued. Gonna have to cut back a little more to get where I want.
