Any suggestions to where to buy I've checked the local stores like Wal mart, SAMs, target, Kroger. Haven't tried vitamin shoppe yet. The pixy sticks are getting easier since I only have to eat one giant one I found those on sale at SAMs club

Weather tech's, sliders, 5100's, OME, aal, level 8's, raptor grill, hid's/led's...leather coming soon.
Best place to get it is a beer supply store where you brew your own beer:) second best place is Amazon. I know hi health carries it, but it's pricey and small quantities only.

Well, my weekend was a success. Other than having a few beers while cutting grass yesterday, I was pretty well-behaved. Saturday, we had a kid's b-day party and they had low country boil...couldn't turn that down. Also, steak, shrimp, and salmon for dinner last night

Jelly. I love having a mustache, but my wife hates it; she says I look like a child molester/porn star

So buzzing youtube, came across Rich Piana's latest video talking about dropping 70lbs to show how easy it is to build muscle....Sounds to me like someone is coming off the juice for a little while and need an excuse to show why they are so small lmao! :D

Good on you - I continued my spiral after my free mega-donut on Friday. My wife went to the butcher market Friday afternoon and loaded up on stuff. Friday night we had hot dogs, hamburgers, scallops, potatoes, and squash. Saturday we went to our usual spot for Mexican and Margaritas, and last night we grilled some steak tips with asparagus, baked potato skins, and cheddar biscuits. I guess I didn't eat THAT bad, but I ate A LOT...and drank too much too :anonymous:...

I got a good 8 hours of sleep last night and slept into until after 8am. I have my Mr. Hyde ready for my first round today. Starting @manethon 's workout. I tweaked it a little to fit my 6-day-a-week workout scheme but it is basically the same 10x10 tri-superset concept.

he does. I think either 1 of 2 things happened...

    1. he realizes that he's killing his body and/or it's too much work staying that big and he wants to lose the weight to be healthier
    2. it's getting expensive af

I think it's probably the 1st of the 2 because I don't think he's worried about money. What a lot of these pros don't realize (or ignore) is that 300 lbs is 300 lbs, no matter if you're 4% or 40% body fat. The heart is still having to pump extra hard to all that weight.

    Ermagerd I almost died :bananadead:

First of all Mr. Hyde was a total let down. Felt 0 tingle and no other energy from it. I even took a full scoop, and that is a huge scoop. My prior PWO had 50mg of caffeine in it and the scoop size is 1/4 the size and it was 100% better even 3months in with my body fully used to it...

That workout killed. Maybe it was the Mr. Hyde but I sweated so much more than usual and I checked the thermostat, it was actually a degree colder than normal.

It was going good through 4 sets, 1min rest and go. After that 4th set I came up from the squats like someone just round housed kicked me in the throat. I went from doing 10 pull ups to only getting 4-5. I never missed a rep on the bench through the whole thing. Set 8-9 I didn't even attempt pull ups and on set 9 I only got 5 squats. I rested ~4min before the final set and got all 10 to finish strong. I never threw up but it was ready to go at any moment if I would've coughed or breathed wrong.:muscleflexing: :puke:

Looks ok, but id still recommend you have 2 days off with this. There is no chance in hell you'd heal fast enough with this.
With 2 x a week clean and press i wouldn't do 2 x a week incline. Flip one to flat bench

I figure the arm day will be sort of a rest day for the rest of my body since it's not going to follow the 10x10 plan and the shoulder days are just 1 exercise focused (with some light aux stuff). So I still get a couple rest days between the big stuff, sort of like the 5x5 strong lifts program, just lighter weight and more reps

I'm going to take it tomorrow earlier before my workout. I took it about 10min before I started today and here I am 90min later and I can't get my heart rate down and my muscles are still twitching. It could've been the hell of a workout I just went through but I think I'll give it 30-40min before the workout tomorrow to soak in...

I take it when I leave work on my way to the gym, change clothes and a 15 min minuegen(sp) deep tissue massage At the end of the massage I start feeling my skin tingling (love that feeling) and then it's to work and it usually lasts about 30-45 minutes for me then I come down hard. Which is why I dislike it. I recently started adding a tsp of beta alanine in with it and I can make it about an hour and come down a little slower but on my c4 50x it gives me a good solid 90 minutes then slow come down.
