Took Mr. Hyde 14 hours ago and I'm in bed like

Lol jk...maybe...I actually don't know what's going on. Stomach been tore up all day and I didn't even eat lunch and barely had any dinner.
I'm blaming that Hyde though (or maybe that mega donut from Friday :anonymous:)...

Ended up bypassing upper/lower and did some shoulders last night. I'm really starting to notice the vascularity in my shoulders, forearms, and biceps when I've got "da pump", but sadly, as soon as I leave the gym, the veins go back into hiding. Weighed in at 196 this morning. I started at 209 and ~16-17% bf, so I'd guess I'm still ~-13-14%, maybe higher. Definitely no abs unless I flex yet. I hold all my fat on my belly anyway, so abs will be the very last thing to come.

seated bb shoulder press: 4 sets of 8-15
standing bent-over db flies: 3 sets of 6-15
standing db lat raises: 3 sets of 6-15
standing db front raises: 3 sets of 6-15
db shrugs: 4 sets of 10-20
    calves & abs

I take mine around 4:50pm and am usually asleep no problem by 11:30. I don't see how folks workout at like 8pm. I'd never get to sleep.

    What's an empty stomach?

At mid to high 12%s I don't have a six pack. I've got vertical lines & the diagonal cuts with veins in legs, shoulders, arms (and head unfortunately).

    I bet your close man.

I've never been able to find a direct & clean correlation to delta weight v bf% for me. When I was 155 for example I hoped that losing 5 pounds would reduce my bf% 3.2% (5/155) but not so clean in my case.

Well I went all @zacharypaul89 this weekend and fell off the keto wagon pretty fucking hard. Had beer, banana pudding and wedding cake on Saturday...I am going to chalk it up as a "re-feed." Good news is I crushed my workout last night thanks to all those carbs I had stored up.

Ok Day 2 of Hyde was much better than Day 1. So yesterday I had eaten a pretty heavy breakfast (hamburger omelet) and taken Hyde about an hour later to go workout. Aside from a case of extreme sweats I didn't feel any plus side from it. Today I ate a much lighter breakfast (cereal and a banana) and waited over 3 hours before I took Hyde to go workout. I also took it about 10min earlier than yesterday from when I actually left for the gym. I started feeling the tingles in my arms/fingers as I pulled in the parking lot (didn't feel them at all yesterday). I did get the sweats again, and they started while I was still at home. I had to stop a conversation with my wife and told her I had to get to the gym because my new PWO was making me sweat just standing there.

Hopefully I can sleep tonight :fingerscrossed:

Was is Hyde that made you stay up late? I mean you took it in the morning. That's weird.

Why in the fack would you take it if you have those effects? I've taken quite a few PWO's and never had those kind of issues. Sounds like it doesn't mesh well with your body. Plenty of other brands. My .02.

No, I'm on office work day, so sleepy :(

I guess I never experienced sweating just standing there... lol. But of course in the gym, but it wasn't excessive.
