    I've got a couple good spots where I can prop my phone, but I feel really ghey doing it when other people are in the gym with me so it's only when I've got the place to myself that I'll do it

    Know what the best part of going to a gym where no one even lifts is? I just used the squat rack for a whole hour without anyone waiting to use it.

    Upload to youtube first then use the youtube link to embed to the thread. That's how i've always done it. I never used tapatalk which seemed to have some sort of video integrator that ya'll used:notsure:

    Alright, asshats, do your worst. On my phone, it looks like it was filmed on a potato for some reason. Looks fine in the original. Oh well.

    Ignore the calf compression sleeves. I got tired of bleeding every time I didn DLs so I decided to do something to remedy it. Looks stupid, but I don't really care.

    This cut has really taken a toll on my strength gainz. 405 went up easy a few months ago, now 365 is almost a struggle.
