Can you make fart noises with the back of your knee? If not then this could be serious

I know I probably have nothing to worry about but I'm really really nervous/ scared about this surgery. I've worked so hard to get where I am. And I'm just really losing my shit thinking about not being able to do a lot for at least 6 weeks

Maxed out at 195 on bench today. I know it's nothing to brag about, but it's 20 pounds over my last max attempt which was right before my back injury in January, so I'm not overly unsatisfied about it. I've been lifting for just under 2 months now. I'm gonna try and max again in 5 weeks or so and am hoping to get close to 225 but we will see.

I have it every so often. I always attributed it to having dual ACL transplants and meniscus repair...didn't have the pain prior to injury and "fix".

On an unrelated note: I switched to midnight shift this week...today being the first day. I'm planning to work out and do my xc run in the evening before work. Tonight was/is my first night...it was 94 degrees outside...not a good way to start.

It's uploading. I was the only guy in the gym, so I had no spot, so I didn't go above 315. Also, you can see I kinda struggled with it on the way up. I dunno what that was about. I also took a video of my 405 deadlift attempt, but I failed :pout: I got 420 in Dec.....damn a cut.

Edit: here it is (had my phone sideways this time :D )

Found my new machine for the next 6 weeks today. Stair stepper. Oh how I hate that bitch but it burns you up fast and no pressure on my arm. the elliptical has me bouncing up and down too much I feel the jarring in my shoulder.

Went on a two mile run with the pup today. Quads were still on fire from legs a few days ago. Deke kept ahead and the collar choked him for the first mile until he figured it out to stay closer to my side. Thinking I might get a body harness for him

I heard it's better to lift first, then cardio :notsure: I'd go to an ortho to get that checked out. Maybe a fracture or torn ligament. At the very least, take a break from lower body workouts and see if it improves.
