    I use whatever weight that keeps me in that rep range. For instance, when I say "v-grip overhead triceps extensions - 3 sets of 8-10", it would be something like 1 set of 150 for 10 reps, 1 sets of 140 at 10 reps, and one set of 150 at 8 reps.

    My goal is to either do high (12-15) or low (6-10) reps. I adjust the weight accordingly to make sure I hit my desired rep range

    I take it you are gauging your rep range on the last 3 reps being a struggle?
    Just curious.
    Do you ever incorporate Stack workouts or Supersets?

    Yeah, generally my very last rep is the first one with super-shitty form. If my goal is to do 15 reps and I know I can do more, I go until my form gets shitty. Basically, everything to failure, so long as form isn't compromised.

    I sometimes incorporate supersets and drop sets at the end of a workout...that will usually be the last thing I do for a muscle.
