Man I love keeping healthy and strong.
Guys I know, are in such poor shape...
They breath hard walking stairs. I run up them without losing a breath.

Mirin. I hope to be the same when I'm older. Like when I'm 80 I'm gonna have weights hooked up to my Walker and shit.

So I leave for Arkansas tomorrow for a 4 day fishing trip. That means Slim Jims, fast food, and no gym Thursday through Monday. I'm gonna lose all gains and get super fat. Might not even get to hit the gym tonight because I have to pack all my stuff. The struggle is so real.

    1. Hit the gym tonight without question.
    2. youtube has plenty of workouts what require no weights. HIIT!
    3. Turkey jerky, apples, rice cakes protein powder with water...

You have already DESTINED YOUR FAILURE by not even TRYING! DUDE!
Nut UP, put the sac on and you WON'T FAIL, UNLESS THAT IS YOUR INTENTION.

When I go on trips and vacations, I always workout on the road. I take videos with, find workouts on youtube and And I don't EAT SHITTY.

Sure I have treats. BUT IF I OVER DO IT, I DO 2 WORK OUTS!

I'll be fishing from just before sunset to probably after sunrise. Then sleeping all day. The diet will consist of slim Jims and peanut butter sandwiches. With pizza thrown in one day, probably. Like Shari said...I'm gonna consider it a really dirty refeed:laugh:

As far as the gym goes, I probably need a break. Over the last 3 months, I've probably had 4 or 5 rest days. So, it might be good for the CNS to recover.

Last workout for a week tonight. Probably gonna do right chest, bicep, trap, and probably legs as well. Then hit the stair climber for 45 min. Surgery tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Gonna come to the office for a few hours in the morning get some last minute paperwork done and then head to the surgery center.

Just finished packing and getting the truck ready for the 600 mile drive. 11:30 at night. No gym tonight. Gonna take a shower and maybe try to get up and go at 6 am so I can leave here by 8. Maybe. Depends on how I feel at 5:30 am
