What I do is just make stuff as I need it. Some folks cook all their food for the week in one day. I'd rather just cook stuff the day I'm going to eat it or the day before. Tastes much better that way and you don't have to spend 4 hrs prepping food. The only thing I really cook for 3-4 days is chicken and turkey burgers. Anything older than 3-4 days starts to tastes like shit, IMO.

It's like politics, man. I'm just trying to help the poor saps save some money.

Borderline ghey pic lol, but I hope I look like that at your age... #nohomo

Ha I only shave when it's absolutely mandatory. My boss is in politics, so I have to clean-shave a couple times a year for events, but the majority of the time, I have a full beard or stubble.

    It's a blessing and a curse

    This is why we're swolemates

Talking about supplements in a gym and fitness thread, how absurd.....
get well soon! And don't try to push it, especially by thinking you're ok with out the brace before the 6 weeks is up! It sucks but stick with it! I had one for 6 weeks my last surgery and for 12 weeks on my first, I know the feeling brochacho!

had a good leg day yesterday:

front squats: 3 sets of 10-15
Romanian deadlifts: 2 sets of 15-20
seated leg extension: 3 sets of 6-10
lying leg curls: 4 sets of 8-15
    calves & abs

Upper body again today. The wife wants to go eat Mexican tonight, so it's probably gonna get ugly lol. We usually eat Mexican once or twice a month and I usually eat generally healthy: grilled meat of some kind, rice, and a few chips w/ salsa....as you probably could guess, what gets me is the margaritas/beer. Sometimes I go and just take like 2 shots of tequila and ride that horsey, but other times, I'll drink a big fish bowl margarita and those things are terrible for you. The struggle is real, my friends

Also, what happened to @Papa Taco?

Did a "superset" push/pull upper day this morning. Mr. Hyde let me down big time again. I was on a 3 day streak of it giving me a good tingle and pump. Felt nothing today...

    Incline press>decline push-ups
    Military press>steering wheels
    Tri press downs>diamond push-ups
    Overhead DB pulls>vgrip pull downs
    Cable curls>cross body hammers

Tried to do 8-12 reps for 3 sets of each. Took just under 33min. 60-90sec rest between sets.

    Post workout selfie. Tan=definition

    Bone f’n stock for now
Looks like everyone got updated last night. So just letting you know surgery went well minus a little blood flow issue. Evidently when you're about to have surgery the worst thing you can do is go workout the morning of surgery. Dialates the blood vessels and all that crazy stuff. So needless to say bonehead move on my part. I've gotta go in Monday and get the packing and bandages removed and the Ortho wants to check and make sure things are good to go.

Had a huge huge time getting me in a position that he could work with. Said I have the third widest shoulders he's ever worked on. But overall 6 weeks in the sling and then pt. unless at my 3rd week checkup I am doing better than I should. He did tell me he did two extra passes with the rope for added strength. So that was a plus. Also trying to do this with a limited pain meds as possible. (Scared of addiction) so last night they crushed up 2 Percocet in some apple sauce before I left the surgery center. Then Stacey gave me one as I drifted off to sleep. So far seems to be bearable but we will see
