Feel free to critique my meal plan:

    Meal 1
    Banana and Greek Yogurt

    Meal 2
Oats, 1 Cup and 3-4 Eggs

    Afterworkout
Double scoop of ON Gold Standard

    Meal 3
8 oz chicken and a large apple

    Meal 4
12 oz spinach and 8 oz tuna

Meal 5 (not really a meal)
About a cup of Cottage cheese before bed

Tallys up to 2100 Cals and 246.5 grams of protein... I think I may need to work on getting more cals in there.

Carbs also assist with building muscle ..more energy. If ur low carb the high protein will merely hold onto what mass u have

Assuming u need more mass I ur diet light be something like
    M1: lean beef / oats
M2: chicken / whole potato (8oz) with spinach
M3: shake with natty pb and a piece of fruit
M4: rice cakes, pb, lean meat
    M5: lean beef, avacado, potato
    M6: shake and pb

This is just the top of my head. If u can afford it just buckle down and purchase a meal plan from someone who is trusted

345 lbs repped for deadlifts. Up to 120 lbs on the military press. Was supposed to do 255 squat but have an issue with a scapula/trap muscle cramp, didn't want all the weight sitting on that so I did the super squats machine, repped 540 lbs.

How often do any of you guys cancel gym sessions for a social engagement, or vice versa?

My Mon and Thurs usually involve weight lifting then kick boxing so I can get my HIIT cardio in, but that takes 2-3 hrs out of my evenings and a buddy of mine which I haven't seen in 2 weeks wanted to hang, so I canceled my gym session.

Felt pretty guilty to cancel my gym session, but I think it was for the best.

I like those long block b/c I can get some serious high intensity work in, and it's only twice a week. My other weight training sessions are about an hr max.

    I don't cancel...not unless a mental break is needed.
Seriously man, if it comes down to it just take another day u would normally be "off" and go train.

Gym is pretty high on my priority list. I always make plans around my gym session. My wife is used to it. She knows I get crabby and anxious if I dont go to the gym first thing in the morning.
