And if so what kind (brand, style, etc) not sure why but I've been craving bread lately and in the last year haven't really even missed it. But now idk why but I've been thinking of having a slice in the morning with some avocado and egg. Or something

    I do. I try to limit it, because carbs, but I do eat a little bread. Sometimes I'll have an egg sandwich for breakfast, or I'll eat a chicken sandwich at dinner. As long I'm staying around my macro numbers, I don't sweat it that much.

    Yeah. Carbs iz carbs, IMO. If you're gonna limit yourself to 200g carbs per day, from a weight-loss standpoint, it doesn't really matter if they're from bread, pasta, jelly beans, etc. There are glycemic index differences in carbs, but that crap isn't that big of a deal. I eat whole wheat b/c I like the taste.

    I love Glocks, I just hate how wide they are. They're such simple guns that there's not a lot that can mess up on one. They're well-built, too. I've owned maybe 4-5 and the only complaint I have of them is their width...even the 42 and 43 are too wide for me. I carry in my pocket most of the time, so I like a slim gun.

    Yes I eat bread on a cut as well. Usually my wife and I get the Arnold whole wheat bread but sometimes I'll eat plain white bread, even bagels.

    I travel a lot now with work so I've been sticking to 2-3 whole meals and shakes in-between for the most part. I was at 200 not too long ago.
    Train 2x a week at the hotel, 2x more at my home gym.

    Weighed in at 167.8 this a.m. which is the lightest I have been in a while. I'm usually around 170-171. Even stranger since I just spent 3 nights in Vegas and haven't been to the gym since Wednesday. I guess it's all my gains :pout:
