Pretty disappointing until the last 2...am I a pussy if I want to do RDLs on the smith machine now?

 

The last 4 are my favorite. I always save the best for last. The one with the cat is my fav.

Just so everyone knows....I had some banana cream muscle milk today. I feel so swoll......in my gut....probably cuz of that plastic after taste lol

So you're losing muscle mass? I feel ya. I lose weight too if I take a few days off. I took all of last week off and lost like 2-3 lbs. I'm sitting around 221-222.

 

well I'm gonna say I'm pretty happy with myself.
I worked 140 hours over 9 days and was only able to hit the gym once. I lost 1 extra pound but thats because i walked an avg of 11,000 steps a day and had these long hours + wrestling the crowd and people.
Last year i became very skinny fat during this 10 days and had a hell of a time recovering from it.
This year i managed to have almost no ill effects from this. Id say i maybe gained 1 % fat on my midsection but lost 1% in my upper body and became more vascular. I think this attributes to the 2 meals a day i ate at 2k calories per meal haha

Speaking of chest; is anyone else's lopsided? I know everyone has one bigger than the other, especially women, but mine are shaped differently and lopsided. Lol. It bothers me.

 

Mine seem pretty symmetrical. Do more DB stuff instead of BB so you can't cheat with your storng hand

I know, man. Cheast is definitely my weakest area. But hey, those little bitch tits can throw up 315....which I know is probably your warmup.

 

It's my right side. And I'm right handed. So it's weird. My whole right side is that way. My right bicep is less toned than my left. My right leg is weaker than my left.

 

That is weird. Do you do a lot of dumbbell stuff? That seems like it'd prevent that. Most of my muscles are proportional in size and strength.

 

The Only thing I don't really do with DBs is flat bench. I ALWAYS do DB incline. Alternate between DB and bb decline.

 

i have been doing a ton of testing before i worked this stampede.
@zacharypaul89 i run a security section for the world famous Cowboys stampede Tent. Its wild, pretty much packed with people the majority of the day and night. Its good money and I'm in transition between jobs so why not.

As for chest, Unless your 100% a power lifter your max bench and heavy bench doesnt = to a bigger chest. Its 100% about contraction and stretch of that muscle. Your chest in a way has to be through of a hand held fan that spreads with the section you hold with your hand as your sternum. That means you truly have to stretch and contract in 3 different angles while reducing the amount of delt activation.

I always post up all my work outs etc but i never posted my warm ups, and its for good reason. Thats what i get paid for lol. The warmups i do is actually what allows me for example on chest to get the most of my work outs, get as much blood and full contractions. Id rather have a chat with you over the phone one of these days and explain in more detail lol. All the info is out there, nothing new, no secrets really but i don't have the time to say anything more about it
