    I wear them like 3" below by bellybutton, right below the hip bones

    I do the digital caliper test...I know it's not the most accurate, but my theory is that, like a scale, if you only use the same one for all your measurements, you'll get an accurate reading of progress. I'm not trying to pinpoint what my precise bf% is...as long as it goes down each measurement, I'm happy. Also, I usually take 203 measurements each time and average those out.
