So while messing with my diet for increasing cal by 500 I am having a hard time hitting my carbs and fat without blowing my protein up. Obviously this would be the time for iifym to kick in but can someone suggest some high carb moderate fat low protein foods?

Ordered the iPhone se today, the note wasn't for me. Looks like ill be able to join back into the world of snap chat and what not. Anything is an upgrade when you have been rocking a windows phone for 3 years haha.

This week I weighed in at a all time low of 193 for this diet. Feels good! I also jumped up to 196 after some bad choices  . I have quit drinking to help. Its been about 2 weeks now and gotta say its nice not being hung over on weekends.

    What's your SC name?

I weighed in a 191 this morning. I cut my drinking back to just on Saturday's and I try to keep up with the calories to deduct them from my daily carb allotment...seems to be working so far.

I'm sure both of you missed it but high carb moderate fat low protein foods. I know pasta and rice will get the carbs up but I'm bringing everything up. Only thing I'm not having an issue with is protein. I can get that for days.

I'll have to make a new one. They banned my old account because I was using a third party app on my windows phone. They don't make an official app for it.

Just add bacon grease to everything on the list I provided above.

Srsly, most foods high in carbs AND fat are "bad foods": french fries, anything deep fried, chips, etc. Enjoy it. If you feel bad about eating that kinda stuff (I don't know why you would, since it's all calories in v. calories out), you could eat peanut butter...that's the only thing I can think of high in carbs and fat that's not taboo.
