I really think I strained/pulled something in my neck/trap. Anytime I move my head I get this super painful, almost sharp, pain in the muscle that runs from mid trap, kind of on my back, up into the base of my neck.

It hurts right where that blue line is drawn, but it feels like it's deep and not just on the surface. Any suggestions?

I've had that before but not as bad it seems. Went away after a few days.

Started getting a new pain today myself right in the trap. I've Never been so excited for muscle pain but I've learned when it's hurting like this after surgery it means it's growing back, coming back to life I guess from the surgery.

Pulled 315 for the first Time since I broke my ass. First set wasn't bad. For some reason the second set of 315 hurt like a bitch. Only ended up doing 1, then quit.

It's healing up...not wuickly enough though. How am I supposed to get bigger during my bulk if I can't fucking lift heavy?!?!?

Flavoring a shake, making regular peanut butter (I don't like it), mixing with yogurt, cottage cheese, all kinds of stuff.

Had gelato for the first time ever tonight. We went down to market square and just walked around. Got the grandparents to keep Madie and just had an us night. No cell phones no distractions nothing. Of course every 10 feet it seems I ran into someone from the gym lol.

Here's you all a shake you can try post or pre workout. Just made it and definitley going to be my pre leg day shake from here on out.

    32g peanut butter
    17g sugar free strawberry jelly
    4 frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
    1/4 dry oats
    1/2 banana
Ice to your liking. Tasted just like a peanut butter and jelly sammich.

Went heavy on deadlift this morning and then immediately after climbed a 14er...definitely wouldn't advise doing that if you're thinking about it

Did backnbi's today and decided to deload a little on back and really focus on squeezing my muscles hard at the main contraction of each rep. But also decided to really push myself on bi's and discovered I can curl 40's for sets of 8 without sacrificing form. Still got small ass arms though.
