    Levator Scapulae possibly. Stretch it by side-bending your neck in the opposite direction and it should go away in a couple weeks. Probably just a strain. :spy:

    Not lately but I enjoy it when I can. Usually in the cooler/colder months I'll go do hot yoga if I can find a studio that isn't ridiculously high priced. I've also done some at home following a YouTube instructor but I'm less motivated when I'm alone

    That was me until last night, tried it and might continue to do it to keep everything stretched out.

    I did a 20 minute beginners one last night off YouTube and it wasn't bad, I liked it.

    Switched up my morning nutrition plan a bit. I've been feeling empty about 30-45min after a workout. Not just a typical sore from the workout but just physically drained. I usually get up and eat a bowl of cereal then hit them gym within the hour and have a post workout shake. Today I added 2 hard boiled eggs to the post workout regimen. I may do the eggs preworkout instead. Going to sample each and see which makes me feel better...

    When I went to do early morning lifting I 40-50g of oats and a scoop of protein prior to workout or some plain Rice Krispies with protein powder mixed in the milk about an hour prior. Felt exceptionally well throughout my whole workout.

    @dwalden2, the wife and I will be at Vogel State Park for Labor Day weekend. I looked it up and it said it's about 30 mins from Blue Ridge, so we'll be coming there to watch the game. Any recommendations?

    Of course if I was doing cardio I did fasted cardio. Like this weekend when I go ride I always do fasted and go for 20-25 miles and then come back shower and eat. When I'm back to lifting I think I'll do fasted early morning cardio (ride the bike for 10-20 miles) or run the subdivision 3-4 laps (one mile each lap)) and then do lifting at night as usual

    I can't do anything fasted. I'm just a miserable human being if I am hungry...

    I am fine during my workout. It hits me about 30-45min after when my body is just empty. Today seems better with the eggs. Just some added egg gas :eek:
