My wife does yoga. The instructor plays a fucking flute at the end of class. No thanks.

Well, what I left out is the instructor is a mid 60s vegan hippie dude. But, whatever floats your boat man.

Consider yourself blocked on all social media. I can't associate with Vols fans.

Chester's or fightingtown tavern. The tavern has darts and shuffleboard and more TVs. Chesters has better food.

This is how I picture all men that do yoga lol

x2 on both points. Tenn is my least favorite SEC team.

I think we went to Fightingtown last time. I'll try Chester's this time. Come drink a beer (or 10) with us!

The obnoxiously loud and aggressive yet very strong dude at my gym just posted a meme about tren and then a bunch of hashtags including #thatmorningpin. Suspicions confirmed! At least he is open about it.

May do it! Holler at me when you're in town.

Chester's is my go to. It's calm and quiet usually. The wings are good. Most of their food is good actually.
I would go to blue ridge brewery more but they don't have TVs.

You need to check out the Boro Inn. It's an Irish pub. Owned by an Irish priest. He's awesome. Father Brennan. Don't get any food. Just go to drink and have a good time.

Did shoulders and back today. Tomorrow bi's and chesticles. Then we'll see what I do until Thursday. Leaving to Fort Worth for work Tue and be back Thurs. Maybe do treadmill crap at the hotel if they even have a gym.

I'm surprised I can lift what I can by myself. I was incline dumbbell pressing 65lbs for 3 sets which I've never done, but I do carry a 28' extension ladder around for work every now and then.

    Also,

Why do people always hog the Damn smith machine? Ffs. Saw this chick doing leg squats on it. Laying on the bench, pushing the bar with her legs. WTF? Cereal? Use the Damn leg press machine or do squats. Dangerous game she was playing.

I'd be willing to bet She wasn't doing leg squats. She was was doing ab work. Jim Stoppani's shortcut to shred has it in there. Now I could be wrong. But the more serious question is why are you wanting the smith machine?

Any of you fine gents and lady make your own jerky? Picked up a dehydrator and plan on making for a shit ton to try it out. I know after about 10 batches this thing will pay for itself.

I make deer jerky. Don't have a dehydrator. I've always just put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 7-8 hours.

Got any seasoning or marinades you wanna share? I have about 5-6lbs of deer meat left in my freezer

Also have at least 2 lbs of bison, and 3-5 lbs of elk (Staceys grand dad is a big game hunter)
