Are you guys drinking anything during your workout? Creatine? Bcaas? Water? Gatorade?

Also bought me some proteins powder.

Usually take a bcaa shake with some sugar and carbs in it to keep me going during the workout

 

I only drink water during my workout, but I do like to shoot 6cc of test and nasally ingest 3 lines of Colombian bam bam halfway through my workout, really gets the blood flowing.

There's a misconception that urine is sterile when it exits your body. It's not. That myth began in the 1950s. Edward Kass, an epidemiologist at Harvard Medical, began screening pre-op surgery patients for urinary tract infections and the samples that passed were marked "negative." The notion that urine is sterile likely grew from those sample markings.


It's close—your pee is roughly 95 percent water, 5 percent metabolites. But recent studies have shown that like the surface of your skin, the inside of your skull, and the depths of your bowels, your urinary tract is host to bacterial colonies.

Produced by a research team led by Evann Hilt of Loyola University of Chicago, found that small numbers of bacteria do, in fact, call your urethra home. The team suspects that the bacteria there behave much like those in the gut, with a mix of beneficial and detrimental bacterial species constantly vying for dominance.

Haha that was big to me. The longest I ever let mine go was for 6 months. Now, I have to keep it trimmed and neat for work This is the longest mine ever got:

Jammed thumb (from a month ago) is still trying to hold me back but I'm trying not to let it. Did my final push day today from the PPL workout (not in that order all of the time). Going to switch it up starting next week and do super sets through September (super septs)

Probably going to go with a chest/back arm/shoulder leg split and try 6 days a week
