Yup. I'm too busy/lazy to cook during the week so I just freeze meals for the 2nd half. I'll take them out 2 days in advance and they taste fine.

Just read the oats. Hell there are days I don't even make those daily. Overnight oats is where it's at.

Was off a tad on my macros but it's close enough that I'm happy with it. Changed to 1 scoop of protein.

Did well this weekend. Went to Mexican Sat night and got a steak and a 32 oz margarita. Other than that, I was well-behaved.

Same...I usually prep on Sun and Wed so I don't have to freeze anything.

I always look forward to your "other than that, I was well behaved" write ups.

I had Mexican yesterday too. My wife never finishes her meal so I always eat all of mine + half of hers. No margaritas doe.

I had Mexican too this weekend. 2 16oz margaritas :anonymous:. Had a couple brews last night during my fantasy football draft. Other than that, well-bahaved...

Just crushed a 2-egg omelet as a pre workout meal :muscleflexing:

Does anyone else have a CowFish in their area? I had that Friday night (Wife's birthday dinner). They specialize in 'Burgushi' which is hamburgers rolled up like sushi. I usually don't get it and just get a burger instead but I went all in and got one that had Bison, fried green tomatoes, cheese, etc, etc...So gooooood :drool:

Also had Mexican, but also had sushi. Was not well behaved :-( but didn't have any alcohol. I've been majorly craving a beer lately.

Now I did ride a an impromptu 1/2 century Sunday morning. Took 2 hours 10min but things got done.

Diet was total shit. Won't even list what I ate. Lots of beers, too. Going back on keto. BYE BYE GAINZ.

    Example:

    Pre-keto: December 2015, 268 lbs
    Bench 295
    Squat 375
    Deadlift 465

Middle/"apex" of keto: April 2016, strength was still going up, fat was going down, 238 lbs
    Bench 315
    Squat 400
    Deadlift 495

End of keto "cycle": June 16, 2016, strength plummeted, cognitive abilities and energy bottoming out, 242 lbs
    Bench 275
    Squat 315
    Deadlidt 405

Friday August 26, 2016 (off "keto," "bulking," basically just trying to regain strength) 255 lbs
    Bench 290
    Squat 365
    Deadlift 455

Moral of the story? I don't fucking know. In 8 months I net lost 13 pounds but my strength basically stayed the same. I definitely have less fat and more muscle mass though. My body needs carbs but also store excess carbs as fat very quickly. I liked being strong(er), but I also liked being lean. As soon as I started eating carbs again, my lifts went back up, but my weight did too. I will ride the keto wave again until it crashes, and next time try to switch to a low carb diet before I "crash" so hard. I don't want to do this roller coaster/see saw again after this.
