Had a truck driver Need help unloading something yesterday at work. He asked if I'd help. He looked at my other guys and goes "walk around with cap guns for arms like me and no one asks you to do anything...walk around all swole up like this guy and I bet everyone asks for help lifting stuff."

    Then we bro hugged.

Not really, but we should have.

Well I found a time to workout. The 9-10:30 ish time frame is dead at the uni gym. Felt great to be able to get in the gym again. I'll be working out Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's when I am not elk hunting. Weekends will vary based on homework and hobbies.

I also got tired of ill fitting clothes and picked up a sewing machine. I'll be dissassembling some shirts soon. I got the machine for backpacking gear but will be using it most often for tailoring my clothes. Gonna be nice to have a shirt with XL shoulders, a waist in between medium and large, and the perfect length.

What are those, 15's? What a pussy.

Def the Varsity just for the novelty of it.

Also, my favorite restaurant on the planet is 6 Feet Under @ 437 Memorial Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30312. SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

If you wanna throw down some serious money, but also want to get the best steak or burger in the state, go to Bones @ 3130 Piedmont Road (worth it)

If you want a HUUUUUGE and delicious burger, go to the Vortex @ 438 Moreland Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 (they've been featured on Man v. Food...the place with the skull entrance):

If you're wanting to drink, 6 Feet Under has a rooftop bar that overlooks Oakland cemetary, but Twain's is the best bar in Atl....good food, too.

Asking the wrong person. I avoid ATL like crossfit. Too much concrete and too many people.

This is what I need to do. Larges are too small in the shoulder and chest but too loose everywhere else

Squats tonight. Might die. Day 3 of "re-keto." Monday night's workout was disastrous. Hit all my lifts (DL and bench), but I was literally a rep or two away from puking or passing out for the last half of my workout.

We are going to the Georgia aquarium and Olympic park for sure. I think I'm more excited about the aquarium then Madie is. But we'll see

Awesome leg day tonight. Only downside was I started with squats and didn't really get warmed up until after those, so I went kinda light on them. Finally manned up and did a full scoop of ol Mr. Hyde...I was definitely feeling it after 30 mins or so.

    squats: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 185x10, 135x10
    deadlifts: 135x15, 225x10, 315x6, 405x1, 135x10
feet high leg press: 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
    lying leg curls: 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
superset: seated leg curls and seated leg extensions: 3 sets to failure

legs are already jello....couldn't even hit calves and abs afterwards

Also, bought some fish oils at wal-mart this afternoon :anonymous:
