    Awesome leg day tonight. Only downside was I started with squats and didn't really get warmed up until after those, so I went kinda light on them. Finally manned up and did a full scoop of ol Mr. Hyde...I was definitely feeling it after 30 mins or so.

    squats: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 185x10, 135x10
    deadlifts: 135x15, 225x10, 315x6, 405x1, 135x10
    feet high leg press: 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
    lying leg curls: 3 sets of 12, 10, 8
    superset: seated leg curls and seated leg extensions: 3 sets to failure

    legs are already jello....couldn't even hit calves and abs afterwards

    Also, bought some fish oils at wal-mart this afternoon :anonymous:

    I'll be getting some fish oil here soon as well. Hit chest today and pumped out 8 reps of 80's on Dumbbells on my 5th set, and I'm starting to see striations on my inner pecs along with some veins. Weighed in at 172 tonight too. May start living that @tacopaulo lean life.

    I got Spring Valley (Wal-Mart) brand. From everything I read, the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club brand are legit...actually, what I read said 99% of companies get their oil from the same damn place anyway. The only thing it said that bodybuilders need to double the rda dose to get at least 6g of fish oil per day day, which puts you over 1500 mg DHA, which is what you want for the perfect DHA/EPA ratio...most of that was taken from a Jim Stoppani article on bb.com. I like Jim because he knows his shit and isn't just trying to sell you magic beans like every other idiot in the fitness industry.
