I know I am probably late to this party, but Wranglers are the way to go. I haven't worn anything but the 13wmz in about 10 years. I buy one waist size up and they fit just fine. If you all would stop buying skinny jeans you wouldn't have these problems fitting in to your pants.

Went to a wedding in Maine this weekend. Zero lifting, zero dietary control. Although we did go on a 4 hour hike Sunday, which was extremely ambitious considering it was the day after a wedding. Back on the horse tonight after class - squats and bench.

Early, early morning (5 am) is my favorite time to workout, but when school is in I don't get to sleep until 12 or 1, so it's pretty brutal trying to make that happen. The afternoon crash is real, but a little more caffeine and you can power though it.

Went to bed planning on waking up to go to the gym at 6 again this morning, but my damn dogs decided to throw a party at like 4am and kept us up, so I decided not to go since I have class tonight. Gonna try to go in the morning and afternoon tomorrow. We shall see....definitely gonona go in the morning though.

You don't have a bench at your gym? Smith machine is bad news....it takes out your body's natural movements and makes you lift on a straight plane, which is bad for improving your form.

    Dayum.

I'm with you on the caffeine. On days I have class, I usually pound a 5 hr energy on the way to school.

Going to try and tackle the gym after lunch. Not sure that's a good idea but the long weekend did it's toll. Going to shoot the bow tonight and prep for elk hunting this weekend :woot:. Not confident I will even see elk but I am happy to spend 4 days in the woods.

Nope. No bench. I don't like Smith machine for bench but I use it when I can. I've only used it for bench 3 times in the last 4 months.

Or negative reps. Focus on the going down instead of going up.
