    Possibly counter productive but starting back on shortcut to shred in two weeks when the "modified bulk" starts then shortcut to size, then back to shred. 18 weeks worth of size building.

    My "bulk" isn't working so far. I've been so damn busy lately I just haven't had time to eat what I need to eat to gain weight. I weighed in at 149 last night :frusty:

    I don't see things slowing down any time soon, either. Hunting season starts Saturday, my house is almost to the point of me starting on the interior, and work has Been outrageous. I haven't even been eating lunch til 2 or 3 most days.

    Might have to grab some serious mass just to get some quick calories in to start my day.

    Get a pack of hot dogs and keep them with you for a snack. Sounds gross but it's already cooked protein ready to slam. I knew a guy who kept a pack in his car and ate them every day while at work/on the go

    x2 and also meal prep. I eat 6 times a day in various locations and it's not a problem, even going from home, to the gym, back home, to school, and back home again all in a day

    FWIW, the Oscar Meyer hot dogs seem to be better than others uncooked... not so mealy tasting/feeling. Get the cheese ones, and it's almost like you're not eating a cold hot dog. But you are.

    I'm going to try this. How many reps per set are you doing?

    I haven't been to the gym in 3 days so I feel all smalls and Shít. I went to the gym 5 times last week and I was dragging ass along with my buddy. So 4 days is the max then rest 1 or 2 days. But I love lifting. I want hot dad bod..DILF bod? Lol

    Your goal is 16" arms until you get 16" arms and they feel tiny lol. I'm at 16-16.5" right now and they feel tiny.

    I try to do reps of 15, 12, 10, 8, but if I can do more, I do as many as I can without compromising form. If I end up getting like 17-18, that means I need to go up in weight.

    I've been doing 12 10 8 on reps but yea if I can do more reps, my weight goes up. I guess I'm doing it right.

    Have fun at the race, be ready for a good amount of sand and somewhat hard Carolina clay trails and roads. Most of it isn't too bad though.

    I meal prep. I just literally haven't had time to eat at work lately. Today I opened a granola bar, took a bite, and didn't get to finish it for 30 minutes.


    I tried pre kaged. It was alright. Kinda spicy, which was ok after I knew it was coming. Freaked me out at first when I wasn't expecting t.
