I went to planet and worked out with my little brother. Needless to say, he was impressed with the weight I was doing. I'll give him all the pointers I have, but he's the only one that can push himself. I pushed him hard and he was feeling it, I was too cuz I didn't have my pre workout. If he's sore tomorrow, that means I did good.

Also got sone other people looking at me and him, watching how we were doing the workouts then they "applied" what they saw haha. I had fun. Too bad I'm not here in town longer.

    incline db press: 2 sets
    wide-grip pull-ups: 3 sets
    t-bar rows w/ v-grip: 2 sets
superset (everything is 2 sets): machine shoulder press, db front raises, bent over db hammer flys

Also, the wife swears we're running tonight...time to start thinking of excuses.

I've never done PPL. I've been doing a weekly swap between upper/lower and bro-split and like it a lot.

I might. I'm gonna go for 315 again next week and if it goes up well, I'll go for 320. 315 today was on the verge of not happening. One more oz. and I wouldn't have been able to get it.

I love the old dude in the bg sneak watching and the dude on the bench grinning like a jackass eating briers lol.

I like the look of that. Might try it next week.

Upon further review, it's only the 3.5 lb tub. So it's like $72 for 7 lbs. doesn't feel like much of a deal.

Got tricked in to doing cardio while I was trying to hit arms/shoulders :annoyed:

The maintenance guy comes in and the female trainer immediately came over to me and said 'since you are here all the time, is there anything that doesn't work right that he can fix?' I told her I'd think about it while I was lifting but I couldn't come up with anything...

He was working on one of the treadmills that she told him 'made a weird noise' so she came back over to me and asked if I could go run on it for him so he could hear the noise. He started asking me about it as if I knew what they were complaining about.

    I said 'I don't run much...'

So I had to run various speeds for them but it never made any noises

Luckily I was only a few sets in so it didn't disrupt me too bad, but I hit legs good yesterday so the random running was not welcome:bananadead:...

That was her way of saying "hit the cardio, fatass."

Just made a bomb ass burrito. 1 chicken breast sliced, about a cup of spinach, 3 slices turkey bacon, and like 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese melted over top of that. Then put everything in a tortilla and rolled it up chipotle style.

    Post workout meal done right
