Probably have hit maintenance then with the added weight. I'm hoping that 3500 proves to be maintenance for me at this point. I'm to the point I don't want to drop anymore and want to gain some mass

You're probably right. I'm pretty happy with my weight and body comp for now. I'll probably maintain 3500cals for a while and see how I feel in a couple months.

Last musclebox order took like two weeks. Glad this one came so quick...that's what she said...

Well haters, I had a fairly decent weekend...no crash and burn, no mass quantities of alcohol, and not too much crappy eating. Went to Mexican Fri night and had 1 32 oz beer and grilled fish and shrimp. Saturday I stuck to the diet, but subbed my nightly grilled chicken for a steak. Sun I had a red link biscuit for breakfast and then went to the gym. I went hunting Sat morning, so I skipped the gym Sat and just did a full-body workout yesterday. Besides it taking like an hour and a half, it was alright. Everything is sore today.

I got noooo gains happening last couple days. This drive to N.Y.from Cali is brutal as usual. On the plus side I hit my goal before I left of tapping that 1600 pound club. Bench day went for 395x4 and it went super easy (relatively) so I slapped 450 on. Got it smooooooth for my pr. Went ahead and tried 455 and got that too! Attributing the big bump to adding in bent over shrugs. Builds stability/speed on bringing the weight down. Might be worth adding to your routine too. New 3 lift sitting at 1605

Been in a gym slump. Haven't been making time for it and been putting off going for other hobbies. Maybe I'll force myself to go this afternoon.

Strength seems to be trying to come back slowly. Benched yesterday. Program called for 4 sets of 6-8. Last week was sets of 10, and I did 225. This week I did 225x8, 235x8, 245x7, 245x6.

    Felt good.

Now it's times for all gains to stop because I'm about to start staining and hanging the tongue and groove in the new house.

Between renovating the house we just bought and the weddings and bachelor parties, my gym time has been dismal. Since Labor Day I've had 3 weddings and 2 bachelor party weekends. Next week is my last wedding and then I have no more obligations. Can. Not. Wait.

Gains are coming on strong Like a 22yr old drunk slut. Bench has increased to 155. Still no dead lift or squat numbers to report. Tried Jon's bar and no go. The bar sits right across my collarbone and that's a no go for right now. And since no deads that means no hex bar squats. Ordered some Hyde and got a free Hyde zero to try so will report back. Looking for some major strength gains this week with the increased diet.

Had several people tell me to be Leonidas. But that's not gonna happen. Possibly just won't dress up.

I'm realllllllly getting burnt out on grilled chicken, so I'm gonna attempt my first chicken crock pot meal tonight. I'm using this recipe from bb.com, but I'm subbing the chuck roast with chicken.
    • 3 lb Chuck Roast
    • 1 lb Yellow Potatoes
    • 1 lb baby Carrots
    • 1 cup thinly sliced Onion wedges
    • 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 tbsp Beef Bouillon granules
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

I keep telling everyone I'm going as Dan Bilzerian. I just have to find 5 or 10 women willing to walk around topless with me all night.
