@zacharypaul89 what were your final cutting numbers? And did you jump straight from that to the 3?

At the end of my cut, I was around 2250 calories. When I ended the cut, I ate at maintenance for a week or so (2700ish), then jumped to 3200, then 3500, and am now at 3700 and am still not gaining as much as I'd want to. I'm gonna stick to 3700-3750 for a while to see what happens...I just don't think I'm active enough to be needing to consume that many calories, but the scale isn't lying.

The 2 scales at my gym lie. One says I'm 135, one says I'm 143. Mine at home says 155

Your routine sounds very much like mine. Best thing about doing Legs on Monday, all the bros are doing chest and curls. Which frees up the squat racks :)

I only weigh on my home scale and I do it as soon as I get out of bed and pee and poop. I've been gaining right at under a pound a week.

I weigh myself before and after a poo and pee. I was at 222 this morning. I was at 225 last Friday. So I CAN lose weight, but I have to eat small amounts during the weekend when I'm at home because wife makes me some awesome food. And you can't say no.

Also the scales at the Dr's office say I'm at 235, one at home says 225, then the one at the hotel in the gym says 227 sooo....I'm going with the lighter weight one.

Hit the gym this morning before work. Had to get some stuff done for the house, so figured I'd wake up early. Was supposed to be a rest day but I haven't done deadlifts in over a month. Worked my way up to 365 then dropped down to 225 and did about 5 sets of 10.

Love going to ge gym in the morning. I feel sooooo much better

I'm thinking about taking the next few days off. My workout this morning kinda sucked and I haven't really had a short break since I started my cut a few months ago. Will I lose all my gains?

I don't know why this is such an issue for me but someone figure this shit out in dumbed down terms. Yesterday I ate 3000 cal 360p 70f and the rest carbs. I trained for 1.5 hours and killed roughly 800 calories in that time. (Includes additional 20min HIIT ) my maintenance is showing 3000. Does that mean I still ate at a 800cal (if 800 is accurate) defecit? And to truly have eaten at maintenance I'd need to eat 3800
