    This is crazy... I am 6'2" 200lbs now (184 was my cutting low) and I am gaining a pound a week on 2600 cal/day

    Maintence cals basically is what you need to eat to stay at a certain weight. It already accounts for your daily activity levels and workout. So if you normally workout and whatever else Physical activity you do and eat 3000 cals and stay the same weight, that's your maintence cals.

    Not exactly sure what you're asking, but your TDEE is your required calories after your total daily energy expenditure...that's why you have to enter your activity level. According to a TDEE calculator, your TDEE is 3000 after you workout. I like this calculator because it shows multiple TDEEs...I like to take the lowest and highest and kind of meet in the middle. TDEE calculators already factor in calories burned from walking, sleeping, working out, etc.

    Lol I started my cut at 2500 calories.

    My cut bottomed out at 2200, but I went back to "maintenance" and have been gaining.

    I pretty much eat the same every day, but occasionally will let myself slip a bit on workout days to the tune of about 200-300 cals, all carbs.

    I eat the same cals on off days. I'll do cardio on days I feel like I was a couch potato just to get my tdee up.

    Soooooo......I was watching some videos and I have come to the conclusion that I have Anterior pelvic tilt, which according to my context clues, does not let me do an Asian squat. Looks like I'll be doing some stretches to help relieve that.
