Kind of all over. Basically any time I put pressure on it (like pushing) or breathe too deeply

I assume so. Didn't feel it before then.

All they'll tell me is to take it easy for a while. And ain't nobody got time to take it easy. And I hate going to the dr. It'll all go away eventually.

Yup. My wife kept telling me to go to the doctor for my knee. Why waste the time to be told the same thing? RICE that sumbitch...

I iced it at night and icy hot before I went to bed and it's good as new now...

    See! It went away.

I was gonna go for my wrist but it's been feeling better every day, so it's apparently getting better. I didn't really feel it in my chest until Friday when I picked something up at work

Yeah it will go away. I had to go easy on squats for a little bit and I took a good amount of time off from playing flag football on Sundays just to not reaggrivate anything.

If I were you, I wouldn't go to the gym tomorrow and start crushing bench press or trying to rep out some dips but I wouldn't stay home either

There is almost nothing that can be done for non-cardiac chest pain. Doc will almost certainly just tell you to take it easy. I wouldn't go either.

Disclaimer- I'm not a doctor. Don't listen to me. Go see your doctor.

Put your arm above your head (full upward extension) and take a really deep breath. If that hurts I'd definitely not go to the gym and I'd go see a dr for possibly broken/ most likely bruised rib. Better safe than sorry.

How does your homemade pre compare to the others? As in more pump, focus, energy etc.. I think that's awesome You make your own.

That's my guess. But, again, there's really nothin they can do about that.

Well I may be a little biased but to me it is better in all categories. Not only that I just feel much better taking it knowing I put not only quality ingredients in it but I put almost double of some ingredients others just use a trivial amount just so they can slap it on the label and market it as containing that ingredient when in fact it contains so little it is worthless. And don't get me started on all the filler ingredients they throw in there just to sound like it has a bunch of "explosive blend" super duper pumptastic qualities. I like to just put in those ingredients I know that works for what I want and put more of them in and just cut the crap out. It feels like a much "cleaner" workout with my pumps and focus of that makes sense. I don't have the shakes or the stimulant feeling or even some that give you the poopies before you lift.

That being said my coworker who just always buys preworkout and lifts with me on our lunch break often runs out and needs to borrow a scoop of mine. He always rants and raves about how much better it is and how he feels like he can lift for days lol.
That is the only unbiased review I have of it.

I just like having control of my ingredients and adjusting them to quantities that actually do something while eliminating all the fluff.

That being said I just got a tub of "MYPRE" by myprotein free with my last order and will try it today just because...hey it was free.
But all the ingredients in it compared to mine are literally half the amount (except for the caffine) so I expect it to not do much and me just adding more ingredients to it later to "bring them up to par"

Anyway it is a personal preference but I like adjusting things to make them work the way I want :)
And if a new and cool pre comes to market I'll just check out those ingredients too and decide if they are something I like and want to just toss em in.

Plus you kind of feel like Walter White when mixing

Pretty bad weekend :anonymous: Like, the worse I've had in a long time. Mexican Friday, bbq saturday, Dunkin Donuts yesterday morning, hot wings for lunch yesterday, and hibachi steak for diner last night :anonymous:

Na, I just saw that on the Chive and it made me think of you butt-chuggers

I pulled an intercostal muscle once (I think it's either the little muscles between your ribs or the muscles on the inside of your rib cage. I thought I was having a heart attack because the pain was super sharp and right by my heart. I had to sleep in a recliner that night and went straight to the doctor the next morning. After taking my bp and hooking me up to a bunch of shit, he said it was just a pulled muscle. I was pissed because the bill was like $2k, but insurance paid most of it. Damn the doctor. Rub some dirt on it.

I'd say newb gains end after around a year when your muscles get used lifting weights regularly. When this happens, progress doesn't plateau, but it slows significantly (my first year, I went from 140 to 160...now, I only gain 5-10 lbs of muscle per year). As long as you're diet and workouts are good, you'll never plateau.

Where do your order all that shit?
