I've gone 5/7 days this past week. I feel pretty good, albeit sore.

I gotta good tan from fishing today, and I forgot how much a tan increases the appearance of muscle definition.

Tomorrow is cardio and kickboxing, so I'll get a good SSC and HIIT session in.

My pre-workout this morning. All the fuel I needed was looking at this low life.

No....regardless I had a friend there and to kill innocent persons, let alone a 7 y/o and have ZERO remorse i can't wrap my head around. My hatred for this low life cannot be expressed...all I can say is I wish they would cut off his limbs and let him get a running head start from me...I don't run, but for this ill be the fastest one to get to him.
To see all the lives he ruined, persons injured, traumatized for life, my heart goes into pieces. This is why I carry in every theatre I can.

Idk what the context of that is (sorry) but I did when I could run. It would distract me from what I'm actually doing haha. I also would hate running on a track sometimes as well.

My friends dad owns owns a bunch of vineyards and my friend would hold training out there sometimes. That was an awesome place to run.
