    Speaking of wrist straps (a little late, but I needed a segue...)

    There was a guy in the gym today abusing them. He started on the machine OH press, with straps. Move to DB front rows with 40s, with straps and then various other DB raises with 25-50s, with straps :facepalm:

    The best was when he used them to flag me down to get my attention to ask about a particular movement I was doing (I was also doing shoulders). All I saw was a strap frantically waving in my per-iff...

    I also organized the DB rack from smallest to largest and he spent 10min working with them and couldn't manage to put them back in the right spots. What is wrong with people?:frusty:

    Lol I don't get why people like to accessorize so much at the gym. We have a few 'wrist strap' guys that use them for EVERYYYTHING. The half-rep guy I was talking about earlier is one. He was there last night doing lat pulldowns and rows with them. We also have the belt guys who apparently need lower back support when doing bicep curls :notsure:

    The only thing I use is wrist straps on deadlifts, but as of yesterday, I don't even do that lol...fucking thieves......or fucking idiot who can't keep up with his shit....not too sure.

    I hated wearing suits until I had to wear one everyday, now I don't mind it that much, it's just normal. Although, I would go back to blue collar work if I hadn't already committed so much time and money to becoming a lawyer. Too much ass kissing and politics in an office setting for my liking. It's funny when my co-workers (who always see me in suits) see me out in town wearing my jeans and boots. Most of them don't even recognize me.

    So if I am going to portion out 4oz of chicken, is that uncooked or cooked? My plan is to put a bunch in a crockpot with hot sauce/salsa and then shred it and add that in each meal. If I scoop 4oz of that is that right?

    Everyone is different but as long as you keep it consistent you should be fine. I weigh my chicken cooked. That way I can cook them in bulk and then weigh/prep them afterwards.
