    Chestntris tonight was great:

flat bench: 135x10, 225x13, 315x1.5 (I got it once perfectly and my spotter had to help my on the way back up on rep 2), 225x8
    incline bench: 4 sets
    decline bench: 4 sets
    pushups: 4 sets to failure
    weighted dips: 3 sets
decline bench db overhead extensions: 3 sets (first time doing these…the stretch is so much better compared to the flat bench version)
reverse grip straight bar triceps pushdown: 3 sets

I explored this dilemma in-depth about about a year ago. The nutrition facts on the bag of chicken is for the food uncooked…that still didn't answer my question thoroughly enough, so I tested it myself because I wanted to know if it was frozen or thawed out. Turns out, the chicken weighs basically the same frozen as it does thawed. I think I weighed 8 oz frozen and it ended up being like 7.9 oz thawed. However, after cooking it, it was like 5 or 6 oz because so much water gets cooked out.

TL;DR: uncooked, but like Paulo said, as long as you're consistent, you aight.

So maybe just account for loss of water. Say 4oz uncooked actually = 6oz cooked or something like that. Also if I bake vs. grill vs. crock pot it would different. Water won't cook out of the crockpot a small much as the other 2....damn this is confusing. Maybe I just need to buy more lasagna...

Try salsa and Sirachi if you wanna be adventurous. My fave meal

    Also I weigh cooked

Do you want to look like Zach or this guy?

this is probably the most accurate measurement but at the same time is it that serious? Are you trying to get stage ready?

Lol - no but your question is the same as asking me if I'm trying to lift 500lbs. I might not be able to, but I damn sure want people to think it...

I'll post a screenshot in just a sec.

I'm done with morning workouts. I liked it, but I just drag ass throughout the day, especially on days I have class. I'm back to evenings and my energy and workouts are way better.

I don't know how anyone with our schedules could sustain early morning workouts. During the summer I had no problem, but once school started back up it got really difficult to pull my ass outta bed at 4 in the morning.

The only thing I don't like about this bulk is the high sugar content, but it's kinda hard to eat 4500 calories per day via spinach and brown rice. Only a few more months of this shit. Also, I know my cholesterol is high, but I've red plenty of stuff here lately saying that dietary cholesterol doesn't effect blood cholesterol levels like doctors originally thought. My sodium is also higher than I'd like it to be, but you can also see my potassium is through the roof, too. Google the effects on potassium's ability to combat a high-sodium diet. I also drink about 1.5 gallons of water per day to flush excess salt out. I check my bp almost daily and the highest it's ever been, even post-workout, is like 130/70. My base is about 110/60.

Yeah, it started taking its toll. I started only going to the gym on mornings I didn't have class, but then my sleep schedule would get all fucked up from waking up at different times each day.

Tried to squat last night and my left knee wasn't having it. Might be time to back off weight wise and re-focus on form. I was doing 275 for 3 sets of 5 easy the week before and last night I couldn't even get past my warm up of 225 for 3 reps without pain. It hurt so bad I almost had to dump the bar coming out of the hole on the last rep. Hopefully it was just stiffness or soreness or something and works itself out, but it's still pretty sore this morning.

Squat was shit, but I did get 225 for 12 reps on bench last night. That's the most reps I have done at that weight since January, and ties a lifetime PR for me. The most I have ever 1 RM'ed is 295 (that was also last January - post "permabulk"), and I had a lot more in the tank, but no spotter, so I called it quits there. I think I can break into the 300 club pretty easily next time I have a spotter, but after dropping 275 on my chest in May, I am not going to try without one.

Your hand holding the phone looks like deadpools baby hand. Fits the emoji on your face...

I get up at 4:55 MWTH to help train from 5:30-6:30 and I'm back asleep by 7. I actually just woke back up just now haha. I don't know how people lift that early. But, I also can't go late or it keeps me up all night. Not just the preworkout but in general my body is just too amp'd. Between 11 and 1 is my sweet spot...

I lift best in the afternoons. I've already got like 3 meals in me, so I've got tons of energy. Also, I left better with people around. I dunno if I'm just a narcissist or if I like trying to "out-do" people, but I love lifting when the gym is packed. I just can't get motivated at 5:30 am when there's 2 people in there.

I feel the strongest when I have exactly one donut in me no more no less. I get motivated when there's only 2 people in there knowing everyone else is at home in bed sleeping.
