    Just had the biggest scare I've had in the gym ever. I was doing tricep pull downs and my left arm cramped all the way up and into my chest. Literally took me to my knees.

    My abs cramped up a while back while I was doing decline sit ups. I couldn't get my feet out from under the pads to get down, and I couldn't pull myself up because I was cramping. Finally wiggled free, slid down the bench into the floor, was able to stretch the cramp out. Stood up, took 2 steps, and it came back. Literally sent me to my knees and I couldn't walk. I laid there for 5 mins before I tried to walk again.
