Had my morning coffee and ON amino energy. Not a lot of caffeine in the ON though. Hard to get pumped up when no ones there and I haven't had three/four meals in me.

Got a good mid day ride in. Meal prepping sitting outside enjoying the last of fall before that asshole winter gets here. Just had a guy stop here wanting to buy my tire that's beside the house. (The I used to flip before arm issues) I should have took his 50.00 and ran and just went and got another when that time comes. But I'm an idiot and told him where he can get one for free at

I've got a big one too that a buddy and I took from what we thought was an abandoned shop. We rolled up one day on our lunch break back when I had a 4 runner and we managed to get one in the back and had to both press the other above our head to lay on the roof. I went back a couple weeks later with my uncle to get him one and this guy who looked like Edgar from MIB came out and tried to charge us $50

Rolled my ankle pretty bad this a.m. playing flag football. Didn't think it was that bad. Came out for that drive and walked it off. Played another 45min or so after that. Then I had to help a buddy move so I did that right after for a couple hours and that rolled straight in to my season finale softball game (went 4 for 5 with 2 triples, a double and a 3 run HR...ham obv). Finally got home and got to look at my ankle and it is swollen and sore as hell. Must've been adrenaline flowing all day from 2 different people who noticed and commented on my gainz for the first time.

The place I go to literally has 100's they are a earth moving company so they have them all the time. The one I have is a 750lb one. They used their crane to load it into my truck and trust me I was scared the entire time driving home it was gonna fly out and kill someone

Lol if it took a crane to get it in the wind probably won't have much affect. Idk how much mine weighs but it's a beast. I've got a piece of 3" pipe that I put in it and I can hold it like a barbell. I'm able to lift and shrug it :muscleflexing:

lol yeah but you never know. There was one guy one here said he got one and the weight of it and size split his bed apart. It's a beast as welll. I could flip it for 10 before I'd had to take a rest. I've drilled holes all around mine on the tread and in the sidewall to drain water from rain as well as grips if I need them.

For hitting 225 that good seems like it's time to increase weight on incline dumbbell?

I usually do the 100s for 6-8. First time I've done chest since my wreck and "deeply bruised/possibly partially torn" pec. Didn't want to go too hard on it
