    I'm around the same as you, 150g-180g but not nearly enough. I'm at 220. Weight fluctuates. Up to 225. Just depends on what I eat. I can maintain it though, during the weekend. Hard for me since I'm out on the road 4 days a week. Might have to do the meal prep stuff you guys are doing. Everything tastes better with hot sauce.

    Also anllela sagra is future ex wife material.

    How much are you guys guesstimating your caloric intake is daily? Just seeing where I am compared to everyone else is.



    Im at 3200-3300 a day and maintaining. But I strength train 6 days a week and hiit cardio 20 min.

    I've been somewhere around 2500 +-200 a day. Made it to around 160 and have been maintaining. Upped it to 3000 today. Don't know if I hit it or not, but that was the plan

    My number right now is a loose 3000ish. that being said on lifting days I go over by probably 3-400. I get pretty loosey goosey as far as counting macros this time of year. I told myself that I was going to lean bulk this year... and I have put a ton of weight back on :( oh well!

    I really do need to dial it in better so I don't have to do a 24 week cut again! I'm trying to hit some new PRs this winter though. my strength game has fallen off this past year.

    I haven't started counting yet but it's going to be around 3500 but that is for an aggressive gain, once I get where I want to be I'm sure it will drop. All I know right now is I'm hungry 99% of the day and am not eating near enough. It all changes soon...after this tooth nightmare is over that is :boom:

    Treadmill HIIT Sprints for 20 minutes, 10 rounds of 30 seconds sprint, 90 seconds jog

    Dammit does cardio suck but man my endorphins were pumping after those sprints. I was still feeling great to this morning.

    Time spent in the gym was 75 minutes.
