Getting my 1st gym time in for the week this afternoon after work, but haven't quite figured out what I'm gonna do yet. Probably either chestnbis or legs :notsure:

Hate that shit. The worst is when folks bang the dumbbells together. We have a father-son due that does it every time when doing db bench. I constantly pray for the day that one of the dumbbells snaps and hits one of them in the face.

I hate sweet potatoes, but they're really good for you. I like beans and they're really good for you, too. Both are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and potassium, but beans win it for me because they taste better to me and have more protein, too. I like lighter beans over darker ones though. I hate black beans.

    My least favorite...

    Cherry
    Strawberry
    Blueberry
    Brown Sugar Cinnamon

I have 2 more packs I have to finish before I change up the diet. I think they are brown sugar but they may be strawberry :notsure:

I did quads and hammies this morning

Squats, leg press, extensions, curls, stiff legged Deadlifts

I only work out for only an hour and squats take majority of the time (probably 20-25mins). Anyone else like this? So sometimes I'll have days more focused on hammies and calves that way they don't get neglected .

Delicious but way too many simple carbs/too much sugar for me to eat regularly.

Same here. My compound lifts take up the majority of the time. Squat dead bench. After I'll do like 5-6 accessory lifts and then I'm done.

That's why I was doing a quad specific day (primarily squats) and then a ham specific day.

I'm trying to do legs right now but I almost threw up on my 4th set of squats and had to go walk around the parking lot. I'm doing leg extensions now but I still feel it sitting in my throat ready to go at any moment
