From what I've gathered, for boneless, skinless chicken, it's about 4-5 g protein per ounce.

I alternate between bro split and upper/lower...best of both worlds

Eating the same shit everyday, condiments have become my best friend. Ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice and lemon pepper are staples.

Being an old man like myself I need to give my body plenty of time to recover, unlike you youngsters.

Those egg muffins are so good. I put hot sauce and ground-up spinach leaf and bacon bits in mine.

    Wait....how old are you?

I turn 30 in 10 days...pretty sure all gainz start to disappear at that point. All lifters should get a prescription for gear at 30. It was so much easier to make gainz and get stronger when I was 20-22. If only I had given a shit back then. I was too concerned with which bar I was going to next.

Imagine where we could be if we had been committed and consistent for the last 10-15 years. I mean, no ragrets, but the thought gives me motivation to keep working harder.

One of the Judges I work with gave me a pat on the back/trap this morning and then he said "whoa, have you been working out?! I knew you were a big guy, but I didn't know you were built like Godzilla."
