    Today was lighter weight chest. 12-15 reps.

    Started out with a couple sets of 15 at 185. 205 for 14, then decided to try 225. Ended up grinding out 12. I was happy with that. Don't think I've ever done over 10, and that was when fresh and not having done 44 reps prior.

    Dry this time. I did them over night in the crock pot. Super easy too. Just washed them, tossed them in 8 cup of water, a chunk of lightly salted ham, a whole onion diced, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and a tbsp of garlic powder and done. 8 hours on low and viola

    How Can I Avoid Tendinitis?

    To avoid tendinitis, try these tips when performing activities:

    • Take it slow at first. Gradually build up your activity level.
    • Use limited force and limited repetitions.
    • Stop if unusual pain occurs. Do something else. Try again later and if pain recurs, stop that activity for the day.
    But the interwebs don't know anything, right...

    Depends on your lifting style. For me - neither. Dead lift (usually) has it's own day. If I was doing a bro split, I would probably include it on back day so I could get the extra core and posterior chain work in on a day other than leg day, while still working my back.

    I never squat and DL on the same day. But I do 2 leg days a week so one day gets squats the other deads.

    Lift, eat lots of protein in morning and before bed at night. Learn your numbers. BMI. Blood pressure, cholesterol. Resting heart rate. It amazes me the number of people pushing their bodies and don't know their own spec numbers on health. Be happy, be healthy, and do 25 reps of 225lbs on the bench.

    I think I'm about to order my bulk supplement stash and get to sciencing the shit out of it. Has anyone tried the whey from them? It has better reviews than ON. So cheap, I may give it a shot too
