    That's how I feel in shorts. If I jack my shorts up to where they're halfway up my thigh, my legs look yuuuge, but when you can just see the top of my knees, it's terrible. I wish I could wear like old 70's basketball shorts and show off the gains without looking like a fool.

    EDIT: and I am not one of those crazy "I will never shop there again" people lol...I've gotten pissed at their stupid ass employees and walked out at least twice that I can remember for various reasons. I can write a book on it lol.

    Had a 2nd session with one of the ladies from yesterday. I made her jump rope for 9 minutes :devil:. She is currently really uncoordinated so it was a lot of stop and go but she never quit. I told her to give it 2 weeks and she will going to be amazed by how easy jumping rope will become

    That was the end of the workout. She also did the stair climber, squats, and pull ups.
