    I go about an inch or two below parallel. I get to a point where I can't physically go down any lower because my hamstrings reach my calves (similar to the position a baseball catcher is in).

    I don't stop the squat until I'm sitting Indian style on the ground. I balance the bar on my traps and use my hands to play love take me down by the wings on my acoustic guitar and then I stand back up. 1 rep at a time.
