    100mg per 2 scoop = not worth the money for a pre. Much better off with old fashioned c4 at that point. I drink amino energy for no specific reason other than it tastes great and I don't drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning anymore and by cup I mean 1/4 - 1/2 pot

    At my peak when I was taking Mr. Hyde (400mg/scoop), I was consuming about 600mg per day between that and 2 cups of coffee each morning. Now that I do my own pre (200mg/serving), I'm down to 400mg per day. I can go days without a pre, but it's been over 10 years since I've missed my morning coffee. Favorite part of the day.


    Don't need to. I put my pre in a shot glass, fill it with about an ounce of water and drink it like a tequila shot.

    I had around 800 mg a day when I was taking Jym Shred and a full scoop of Hyde.

    Headaches for daaaaaays when I would go a day without caffeine.

    Also, got a free amino energy from bodybuilding.coM a little bit ago so I've been doing 3 scoops of it in the morning when I get to work. I've never been a coffee fan but I need something to help not want to kill people first thing in the day. And it tastes just like grape kool-aid.

    So I'm Back at the old gym because the manager at the other one refuses to actually sign me up. Lol. He keeps saying he'll get to it, just work out for free for now. But the owners are there today so no one would let me in

    Couple reasons. Naturally I'm batshit crazy anyways so some days I'll get enough energy to hurt myself.

    Second I have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I have to be very careful not to overtrain or it can screw me up.

    Mostly I have zero energy issues at the gym lol.
