It looks like a weight scale. Stand on it. And too long prongs attached too it. Grip both prongs for about 30 seconds and the machine prints this paper out.. I was amazed and I never done it before so I was just curious how accurate it is and if others used it to progress in there training. It's free to try it so it doesn't hurt to try.

That's what I use to track mine just because it's free. I was 9.5% when I went last time and if I were to guess it's pretty close. Either way, just go off progress with it. If you drop 1% on there, you've dropped 1% no matter how you measure it.

    You right

Some sort of electricity something or another. Measures bf based on how quickly the electricity travels I think

So that isn't going to be THAT accurate bc its sending the pulses through your arm and up your legs, where men usually are lean to begin with. It's going to give a man a lower BF and a woman a higher BF since they usually hold fat in their legs and arms. It's the same with the handheld devices.

There are a million ways to skin a cat. You seem to be on the boat that what you're doing is the only way... I'm only 39 but have been working out for 23.5 yrs straight and have tried a lot of different programs. Shrugs will build traps but not 100% necessary. Doing 6 or more working sets for each body part can be excessive. I'm pretty tame compared to other shit talking,..if you're cutting right now that may be why you have thin skin

No better than a handheld and a bf scale you buy at Walmart. I hope you're not paying to use it. If you want the most accurate you want to be submerged in water. The next most accurate is dexa then the bod pod and calipers are about the same imho. Then that stuff

I feel like your previous questions were a set up to show us your half naked body. Either way ..........

Looks like some kind of sex toy @ThunderCookies would have in his home gym

Looks like Paulo just got out-leaned

I don't think what I'm doing is the only way at all. I alternate between upper/lower and a 4 day split, a lot of guys in here do PPL and various other shit and it all works for them.

Literally any time anyone posts their workout, you find something to scrutinize: "oh, shurgs don't work" "you're still doing curls?" "that's baby weight...gotta go up" etc. Then you get called out on it and make us look like we're overreacting to your shitposting.

You're right, there are a million ways to skin a cat, but that saying doesn't work when you criticize the way everyone else skins their cat. Your justification for doing this? You've been skinning cats longer than the rest of us. The one thing you have on all of us is the amount of time you've been in a gym; that, alone, is not a justification to drop your knowledge on everyone and trash what they do.
