I have a smith machine, not a sit up bench

 

So stack a few 45's under one end of your current bench and done decline bench

I've tried that, too sketch. They don't have anything to hold your ankles so it's impossible not to just slide down on your head

Anyone train arms every time they're at gym? Not full arm day routine but incorporate a few movements.

 

That's called over training

 

I do some type of tricep isolation movement almost every time i go to the gym. If I am pressing that day, either bench or overhead, I will finish with some tricep accessory work.

I spend maybe 10min on biceps per week. I do triceps once a week on chest day for 20-30min...

They are involved in almost every other movement so they always working
