    I was squatting 4x a week before I tweaked my back :( I'm doing PPL right now then I'll get back to a strength program after our vacay next month.

    Halo halo is my shit man. Love them. My wifey thinks they're gross. I hit a lot of rep PRs on my squats and I was a few weeks away from a new 1rep PR attempt before I got hurt.

    Yes. Legs grew and I was setting rep and 1rm PRs almost weekly. It's brutal at first but once you get used to it you will actually start to miss it if you don't stick to it.

    Yea.....I get doing it barefoot or maybe with socks, but I feel like doing anything with your legs requires you stabilize yourself especially with your feet.

    Yesterday I deadlifted and then shrugged at the top. If you can't deadlift it then you shouldn't be shruggin it, nomsayin?

    Also, if you can shrug more than you deadlift, you need to do legs more.

    I think now that I'm back in the 500 club on deads I'm gonna go back to 2 days for reps 1 day for max a week. Same program I used when I went from 0-515 in a few months
