    Yea I use a lot of salsa and franks hot, and ranch sparingly

    You actually have a lot of variety in there, need to adapt a few of these into my own diet.

    It's light, but I'm probably built differently than both of you. 160-165 is the sweet spot for me.

    Most salsa is low calorie and hot sauce is 0 calorie. Ranch is a ton of calories though.

    Get 10lbs of chicken and add a couple jars of salsa and a bunch of hot sauce in a crock pot for a day. You can eat off that for a week and it's delish :drool::drool:

    like they said, tdee calculator. My tdee is somewhere between moderate and heavy exercise. Eat at miatenance for a few weeks to see if it's truly your maintanence (you'll know if your weight doesn't change). After that, add or subtract 500 calories, depending if you want to gain or lose weight. It's that simple. Macros: around 1g protein per pound of bodyweight, around 100 g fat, and fill the rest in with carbs....that'll be $100

    and it only takes a few hrs a week to prep.

    I usually do chicken in the crock pot with ranch powder and franks buffalo sauce. I will have to try the salsa idea

    On a side note, how do you guys best preserve your rice for your meal preps. When I prep on sundays I package all my meals up and the brown rice reheated is not the best. I have just dealt with it for years. Any ideas?

    First toss all your brown rice in the trash and go to an asian grocery and buy the big ass bags of Jasmine Rice (it has an elephant on the bag).

    I cook 3 days of rice at a time, anything longer and it gets too hard. I have a rice cooker so it's really easy to load up on Sunday and Wednesday mornings...
