I need to do more foam rolling. I always stretch after. Don't always pre stretch but I usually foam roll and do a good warmup

@Newlife @tcBob, do y'all not think Xtend is too expensive? I bought one tub and loved it because it makes drinking water so much better, but it cost too damn much! Now, I just use those Mio things.

I used to be lanky, too...just not as tall as yall. 5'11", 140 lbs. Then I quit being a little bitch.
