You're not lanky if you're under 6 foot.

Im 6'1" and I felt like I had a hard time filling out. I feel your pain, I hope you like eating 5,000 calories daily. Always really impressed when people your height are able to maintain a physique

Ha. Ya eating has always been an issue from me. I've really gotta buckle down though and meet the calorie intake I need to gain weight. I've said it previously but when I played volleyball in college I maxed out weight at 175. I was eating all day and just never got bigger. Got stronger but never filled out. Hoping I can fix that now with more time to eat properly

This may sound ridiculous but go research the diet that The Rock is on, he is a similar height and that will give you an idea of what it takes to bulk with your build. Saw a video a while back of his daily routine and the dude has to eat 8 times a day just to meet his BMR

I've read about it before. I'm not looking to be 300 pounds haha. I'm usually lazy and skip meals a lot lately. But I've been noticeably more hungry since working out consistently. So I'm going to be meal prepping hard core on Sunday.

It is expensive. If you use it to help you drink more then just stick with mio or similar.

If I just take a plain bottle of water to the gym, it's almost guaranteed it won't be finished when I leave. If I use xtend or similar it'll be empty

And once you start eating more your appetite will increase. Shouldn't be an issue after a few weeks

6'3.5" and I can tell you the rock eats double maybe close to triple my intake a day. I can cut on 3500 but I like faster results so I'm at 3000 right now

I'm just getting back in to working out so I haven't been skipping recently. But I was. Had some personal things going on affecting me mentally which depleted my appetite and skipped meals from that.

@zacharypaul89 , @ThunderCookies I was referring to this statement as far as similar height.
