I don't think I've been to chandlers I may have though what kind of food

My wife just confirmed we have not been and it's fried chicken which I don't eat. Even on a cheat day. But thanks for looking out.

Finally remembered to log everything I ate today in MyFitnessPal. Wow. I need to step up my eating game. I don't eat nearly enough.

Just to give us an example: from waking up to now, what has been consumed today?

I know. I'll probably start hard boiling some eggs again and take 2 with me to work. I struggle to get out the door in the mornings on work days so my breakfast lacks. Weekends I always do it up with eggs, bacon, toast, etc. Used to keep the instant oatmeal at work, gonna have to buy some more of those

For 10 years, since I wasn't a morning person or didn't feel like eating 1st thing in the a.m. during the work week, I'd drink a meal replacement shake. Sleep is basically fasting so a protein shake before bed and 1st thing in the morning set the pace. Take some advice from this thread, keep researching, and go Big on eating and you'll get results!
