    I put ketchup on just about anything egg, cheese, or potato based and most chicken too. I'm sure I get a lot of uncounted carbs/sugars from it but idgaf, it's delicious...

    I've added protein powder to muffin mix before. Called them "buffins". They were so damn dry though...

    Now I bake eggs with cheese in a muffin pan and those are my new buffins.

    My pan has 12 slots and I eat 3 a day. They still pretty moist cuz of the cheese and splash of milk I put in. I cook them every 4 days :notsure:

    I drop 12 eggs in a bowl, probably about 1/2 cup of milk and mix it all up. Pour it evenly in a muffin pan (which has 12 slots) and then I layer on 1/4 cup of cheese across 3 of them and bake it all until they are golden brown. They fluff up like a muffin. Go look at my insta, I've got a few recipe posts about them I think

    That's how I do it, too. Mix everything up beforehand and just pour and sprinkle with toppings. I did eggs, pepper, and hot sauce and then added bacon bits and shredded cheese when I did it.

    What's everyone's thoughts on PostJym? Supposed to take prejym before and post afterwards of course but have heard you can take post before and after if caffeine sensitive or in my case, concerned about BP issue. Is postjym worth it?

    @zacharypaul89 any reason for frozen chicken over fresh breast meat cut into strips then baked or cooked in skillet? Mechanical stripped and processed with msg meat can be a gamble. :goingcrazy:I try to buy locally sourced beef, poultry, fish....but tough to do at all times. When eating out never know what you get...

    Because it's cheap. Also, chickens bought at the store are pumped full of hormones to make them get full-sized in like a month...if those hormones can do that to the chickens, maybe it'll translate to more gainz for me...








    Kidding. I'd love to buy fresh, hormone-free chicken, but giant frozen bags are just so cheap.
