    I cut for 7 months...I needed a mental break lol. Gonna clean bulk through Dec and start cutting again. I got from like 25ish % bf to around 14%. I wanted to get that last few % off, but I was just over it.

    Yeah I started on Feb 1 so I know EXACTLY where you're at. I am going on vacation this next week (that lake life) so I committed myself to staying relatively clean until then. I'd post up pics, but I don't want to bro this place up too bad lol.

    I was gonna wait to post a pic until I got a 6-pack, but that didn't happen lol. I've got a decent 4 pack in the right light lol...I'm happy with the cut. Lost some strength on my squat and deadlift, but my bench never went below 315. Bulk goals are to stay relatively lean and get up to a 350 bench, 550 deadlift, and 405 squat. Lofty goals, but goals nonetheless

    I really need to work on my legs this year. I lost strength everywhere, but I also dropped 40 lbs... I am going to try and lean bulk myself this year. I will put a pre/post cut picture up in here probably tomorrow just to homo it up a bit. I got right to 6 pack status and then went on vacation :p
