The colder, the better. I want a metric shit ton of snow and cold weather. Last winter sucked ass. A few chilly days, but it was 70 at Christmas. I wore shorts. A couple years ago, we got our first snow on Halloween. It's all hit or miss around here. I just know that I HATE hot weather. With a passion. Part of the reason I never go to the beach. I've been like 3 times in my life and it's been miserable.

Soooo, I know I'm late to the party.... but I tried Hyde for the first time today..... and holy fuck.... I killed my leg workout!! So tingly haha. Loved it.

Today, as I stepped out of my Taco near the gym this guy (who I thought was going to compliment my truck) asked me if I had any spare pre-workout mix. He had a empty shaker bottle in hand.

I've never have been asked that in my life.

Does dividing how many grams of protein a protein powder has by the grams per serving size(scoop) give you an accurate percentage as to how "pure" or how much per scoop is actually protein? I've been watching a lot of youtube videos lately and I saw one on this last night. I think I'm getting more confused or overthinking the protein buying process.

I would think so...All protein should tell you the amount of each macro, so you can determine the purity from just that. Protein and carbs are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9. From that alone, you can determine how "pure" the protein is.

Although, yes, I think you're overthinking it.

I'm trying to up my water intake during the day. I think I drink too much coffee, one cup at 7-8am, one at 9:30ish am, and another cup at 3:00pm. My wife picked up some Powerades over the weekend but after looking at the label, I'm not sure if they are good or not. First ingredient after water is High Fructose Corn Syrup. Is Gatorade better than Powerade? Thought about those packets you put in water but a lot of those have Aspartame in it which gives people headaches. Also, thought about buying some type of flavored BCAA powder but I'm not sure that's essential either or a waste of money.
