    I disagree there. There are tons of "chemicals" that can make anyone symmetrical and huge. Do genetics help? Yes. But can it be done without the Schwarzenegger gene? Also yes.

    Of course, hard work and diet are the important parts of the recipe for anyone who wants to look yoked. However, good genes and pharmaceuticals make it much, much easier. The combination of the latter two takes it to a whole different level.
